Business Coach

Mr. Padmaraj G. Tadasad, a distinguished Chief Life Insurance Advisor and Authorized Dealer of Commercial Vehicles, brings a wealth of experience in client and customer relations. Committed to coaching TJDC, he instils empathy towards stakeholders, ensuring sustained business success with unwavering adherence to commitments and statutory compliance.

Managing Partner

Mr. Praveen P. Tadasad, an MBA graduate with a rural background, leverages his customer relationship expertise gained part-time during post-graduation. With a year of experience as a Delivery Agent, he currently mentors the Finance & Accounts team and spearheads business acquisition efforts.

Mr. Prashanth S. Jirali, a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, draws from three years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a year as a Delivery Agent. His role includes mentoring the internal Ops. Team, ensuring metric achievements, and prioritizing employee safety during deliveries.
